Most common problems
Problems on the hooks
Hooks and rigging accessories are designed for specific uses and loads. If used incorrectly, the hooks may crack, bend or even stretch, which could cause the load to become unhooked. A safety inspection of the hook and tackle must be carried out regularly, before each use.
Crane misaligned
Even the slightest deviation can cause significant stress and damage to the crane system. It can cause a number of problems, including injuries and accidents, crane downtime, costly repairs or total crane failure.
